Over the coming months we hope to encourage more politicians to make the most of this new technology and engage in an open debate with constituents and other members of the public.

Our editorial team will also continue posting articles on issues in the headlines, and responding to your comments.

How to use this section

If you click into any blog Article you will be able to add your comments to it using the form that appears alongside. Anyone can add their comments onto an Article.

To create an Article you first need to contact us via the Registration page, ticking the box at Step 4 (Registering for our free political email bulletins at Step 3 is optional). When your registration request is received, ePolitix.com will check it and you will then receive notification that your account has been activated.

Following that step, you can login using the details you registered with and the login box on this page. A link will then be available allowing you to access the 'submit an article' page - from which point everything should be self-explanatory.
