Transferring your Broadband service

If you want to transfer your Broadband service to another phone number or address you can send us your new details and we will ensure you are up and running as soon as possible. Before submitting your details please read the following points:

  • If you are moving to a new house you must ensure that the BT telephone line has been installed prior to submitting your change of details otherwise the reprovide will be rejected.

  • If you are moving to a property and will have a different phone number for Broadband the process of transferring the Broadband service will take up to 15 working days. However, if you are keeping your existing phone number the process of transferring the Broadband service will take up to 20 working days.

  • You will not be charged for moving your Broadband service from to another premises/telephone number.

In order to request a transfer of your Broadband service you must enter your Broadband email address (all in lower case) and the associated password.
