Need to Establish Username or Password for PasteMagazine.com
If you are a Paste subscriber, your username and password give you access to subscriber-only areas of our website, including your account information, our exclusive Download Vault (full of free - yes, free! - mp3s) and special gift subscription and renewal offers.

This information can be found in your subscription confirmation email. If you don’t have this information, or never provided us with your email address, please visit this page to receive your username and password.


Where Can I Find the Download Vault?
All Paste subscribers gain access to the Paste Download Vault by subscribing and setting up an online account (see above). Once you log-in to your account at www.pastemagazine.com, go back to our homepage and you will see a link to the Download Vault where the log-in area previously appeared.


Address Change for a Subscription
If you need to change your mailing address, please do so by signing into your Paste Magazine subscription account at our log-in page (if you need log-in information, please see the instructions above). Once you log-in, click "My Profile" on the navigation bar (the black strip near the top of the page), and from there you can change your address and user information. Please change your address three (3) weeks prior to your move to ensure that you do not miss a copy of Paste!


Awaiting Your Copy of the Magazine
Paste is currently a bi-monthly publication (current edition is Issue #23, August 2006). Due to our print cycle, we ship magazines out to our subscribers twice per issue – the first shipment is reserved for current subscribers, and the second is sent to new subscribers and late renewals.

If you are a current subscriber awaiting your copy of a new issue, rest assured that your magazine issue is on the way. Sometimes you might see the magazine on newsstands early (we try not to let that happen). If you are a US subscriber and don’t receive Paste two weeks after the release date, contact the customer service team. The street date for our current issue is August 1st.

If you are a new subscriber or recently renewed a lapsed subscription, your first copy of Paste could take 4-8 weeks to arrive, depending on when you place your order and what country you live in. Please be patient and keep an eye out for your magazine in the mail. We, too, wait for each new issue with great anticipation and understand how difficult that can be!


CD/DVD/Book Submissions
We of course can make no guarantees as to what we’ll do with your submission or assume any responsibility for the materials – BUT, we do make every effort to listen to everything that comes through the doors. Except that “new” Def Leppard CD we got not too long ago. We even listened to Ashlee Simpson. Please don’t call us to see what we think – there’s just not enough time in the day. How Can I Renew My Subscription Online?
If you are a current subscriber, we encourage you renew online by logging in to your subscription account (visit our homepage to do so). If you don't know your log-in information click here.

Once you log-in to your account, look for the "RENEW" link in your profile. That is where you will find any special renewal offers.
