Q - I am a subscriber. How can I access my subscription information on-line?
A - By visiting the "Customer Service" section of our website and filling in the appropriate information. You may also request a free copy, renew a current subscription or send a gift subscription by clicking on the appropriate links on our site.
Q - PC Gamer. DVD or CD-Rom?
A - With the outcry for more content on our discs, and space on our present CD-ROMs at such a minimum, we have been running tests with our subscription issues, to include a DVD instead of the standard CD-Rom. While we are not sure what the outcome of this test will be as of yet, we wanted to make sure we addressed it. Chances are that we will be rolling out with DVD-only across the board in the near future, but no definite date has yet been set for a change over. More information will follow.
Q - I am a subscriber, but I don't get a disc. Why?
A - What you have, my friend, is what is termed an Agent Order. Subscriptions ordered through third-party agents do not include the monthly disc. Subscribers can upgrade their subscriptions by contacting customer service.
Q - How many times is PC Gamer Magazine published?
A - We publish 13 issues per year (Jan-Dec, plus a special holiday issue which comes out between December and January). Throughout the year there are additional issues released, i.e: Codebooks, Specials, etc. These are available only on newsstand.
Q - How can I purchase back issues?
A - You may purchase back issues at a rate of $9.95 (US$12 for Canadian/Foreign Orders, prepaid in US funds, GST included, CD Only: $5.00 US & 10.00 Foreign) while supplies last. Include a check or money order made payable to:

Q - How do I submit a change of address for my current subscription?
A - Please contact us 6 weeks before your move with your new address in order to avoid missing an issue. If the USPS alerts us that your magazine is undeliverable, we have no further obligation unless we receive a corrected address by you within two years. You can submit a change of address by accessing you account on-line or by emailing the customer service email address listed on this site.
