USGA Rules apply with the following exceptions:
  1. Out-of-Bounds: defined by the inside edge of white stakes with black tops, or the inside edge of perimeter walls.
  2. Water Hazards: defined by yellow stakes or lines.
  3. Wash corridors are not hazards and club may be grounded.
  4. Obstructions will include cart paths, buildings on courses, and staked trees.
  5. Sprinkler heads are measured to the front, center, and back of green.
  6. Tree basins that are sunken or built-up with raised lips, for irrigation purposes, are deemed to be ground-under-repair, and relief may be taken without penalty.
  7. Staked Trees: Free relief may be taken from all staked trees and tree wells, one club length from the point that avoids interference and is no nearer the hole.
  8. Dress Code: All players must wear collared shirts. No jeans or denim of any kind or color may be worn.

The same rules apply for the Faldo Course as the Palmer Course with the following exception:

The transition areas of hole #8 and #13 are not defined as hazards.

The Faldo Course was designed by Nick Faldo.

Both golf courses are irrigated with reclaimed water. DO NOT DRINK!
