What is bbc.co.uk?
  • It's the new name and look for the BBC's services on the Web.
  • We've redesigned the homepage to make it easier to use (take a look) and redesigned the navigation bar - the strip at the top of the page. This bar takes you to straight to the areas we've found most people use most often: TV, Radio, Talk, Where I Live and the A-Z index.

How do I get a game or audio/video clip to work?
  • To listen to sound clips, live radio, watch video or play games on the BBC site you may need new software. Instructions on how to get hold of it and answers to all technical problems are available here.

Where can I comment on programmes or websites?
  • The BBC receives hundreds of questions every day - have a look at the top ten questions currently being asked here.
  • If you would like to get in touch with a BBC programme directly, check if it has a website by looking at our A-Z of TV Programme websites (you can then send email via their feedback page.)
  • Want to know more about the BBC? Our BBC Information website carries a wealth of information about our programmes and our organisation. See About Programmes for BBC services in the UK and around the world.
  • You can also email the BBC centrally via BBC Information. This is the best place for general comments about the BBC and our programmes, schedules, etc.

Where can I find the BBC’s international online services?
  • There are international versions of the following BBC web pages: the BBC homepage, News, Sport, Radio, TV and Weather. Each of these has information tailored specially for international users. If you are outside the UK you will arrive at these pages automatically when you follow the relevant links. You can change between UK and international versions at any time, whether you are inside or outside the UK, by selecting the version you want from the choice offered at the top of the homepage, or the News or Sport pages.
