CID Wins Schwab’s Social Entrepreneurof the Year
Dr. Laila Iskandar was handed the 2006 “Egyptian Social Entrepreneur of the Year” by the Schwab Foundation at the World Economic Forum in Sharm El-Sheikh. Iskandar, the managing director of Community and Institutional Development (CID), won the award for her various projects in underdeveloped villages and neighborhoods.
