Music fans are being warned not to download tracks from one of the most popular websites as it breaks the law.
British record industry bosses say Russia-based allofmp3.com doesn't have permission to sell tunes and added they are planning to take the site to court.
The site says it is licensed to sell tracks legally, but it isn't.
There's no need to worry at the moment if you've been downloading tracks from allofmp3.com though, as people who use the site aren't facing legal action.
Tracks on the site are available for as little as 4p and albums for £1, and it is the second most popular download site in the UK.
A recent survey suggests as many as 14% of UK music downloads come from the website.
A spokesman for the record industry, Matt Philips, said: "Because it is a professionally put together site it does look legitimate, although it should be obvious from the price that it isn't."
