News Printer friendly page Michael Simkins LLP represents West Ham United before FA Appeal Board Date: 11/05/2006 Michael Simkins LLP represented West Ham United before an independent FA Appeal Board at Soho Square on 12 April 2006. The FA's disciplinary procedure had been  invoked following crowd disorder at a Carling Cup match between Chelsea and West Ham in October 2004. West Ham appealed the decision of the FA Disciplinary Commission which imposed a warning as to the future conduct of the club .  The Appeal Board has decided to set aside the warning issued by the Commission so that no sanction (save for the costs of the Appeal) has been imposed.
