Naval Air Command Sub Aqua Club

Historically the three Naval Air Stations of Culdrose, Yeovilton and Portland, have conducted diving under the auspices of the Naval Air Command Sub Aqua Club (NACSAC). Despite changes to the Fleet command structure, the NACSAC has retained its historic title and continues to operate as an umbrella organisation that oversees sports diving activity within the Fleet aviation community.

There are NACSAC branches at RNAS Culdrose and RNAS Yeovilton, each of which is able to provide training, under the auspices of the British Sub Aqua Club, ab-initio to advanced level and regularly dive in their local areas on weekends. A key facet of the NACSAC way of life has been the annual diving expedition, organised to promote the adventurous aspects of this exciting sport.
