Cubans' suit challenges 'wet foot, dry foot' policy

Mariela Conesa cries and holds a photo of her husband and son. They were among 15 Cubans who fled their homeland, landed on an abandoned bridge in the Florida Keys only to be sent back to Cuba. The reason: U.S. officials don't consider the bridge to be dry land under the "wet foot, dry foot" Cuban immigration policy. Relatives are challenging the policy in court.
