U.S. war on terror under scrutiny
More than four years after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, the Bush administration can claim some victories in the war on terror. Dozens of key al Qaeda operatives have been either killed or captured, and there haven't been any further attacks on U.S. soil. However, terrorists have struck in other areas of the world and some of the methods used in the war on terror have come under increased scrutiny in recent months.
