Our Catalogue lists more than 1.5 million items. Sometimes its hard to find things. Did you know that there are many great EPL resources that are NOT LISTED in our catalogue (e.g. paperbacks, non-english/non-french titles since 1996, databases)

DIVA stands for Digital Information Voice Advisor. This is the automated telephone renewal and notice service that informs our customers about holds.
