We do read every message but because of the huge volume received it can take up to four weeks for us to respond. Don't take it personally, but we don't send individual replies if the information is already in our FAQ's.
As we don't make programmes ourselves we can't forward emails on directly to the celebrities you see on Channel 4. You could try searching the web for a fanclub site using our Search the Web facility.
