MARCH 15, 2005 posting ... last night on coast to coast host George Noory's guest was one John Ackerman, self proclaimed Velikovsky "expert" ... first understand that C2C is a variety show and their criteria for guests is based on their own set of guidelines which are based on many factors including variety, relevant topics for the audience and entertainment amongst many other factors ... i am a regular guest there and am happy to have my chance to present my material and understand that many guests there are diverse and have different opinions ... so with that in mind i will give my humble opinion of Mr Ackerman as i know many people will be looking here for some direction on what he is saying ... first of all no one has ever heard of him before in the real Velikovsky circles which goes back decades ... secondly Ackerman clearly has never seen the large body of work that already exists on Velikovsky by others and the many failed attempts at doing what he is attempting to do (vilify Velikovsky) ... actually the many people who present far flung ideas (what i call "rambling science scenarios") are doing far more damage to Velikovsky than any perceived good ... he calls his work the "Velikovsky/Ackerman" theory and is using a dead man's recognized name to draw attention to himself (clearly Velikovsky never knew him so why the use of Velikovsky's name???) ... does this mean that someone named Jones could write something on relativity and call it the "Einstein/Jones" model .. this is highly unethical and not an acceptable move by any scholarly standard at best ... he does not reference the major players that already exist in the field and appears to have been "researching in a vacuum" as they say .. is this omission intentional or out of ignorance ... either scenario does not bode highly for Mr Ackerman ... this form of "selective referencing" is in fact a form of plagiarism according to the standards set by the American Institute of Physics ... additionally his background biography leaves much to be desired as the description is extremely vague and it appears he has worked directly for or in conjunction with NASA ... HHHHMMMMM ... the scenarios he poses have mostly been proposed by other people and he seems to think he is the first to be proposing such ideas ... a number of people who have read his page who are avid Velikovsky students (and who likewise have never heard of him before) said they noticed repeated "high similarities" between his "theories" and my work which has been around for decades and very much in the public eye ... how can a person like this claim to write a ground breaking book and publish it today and not reference the work of others that is prominent in this field ??? although his scenarios are "velikovsky-like" they are not Velikovsky ... Velikovsky is dead so why are people like this using his name as a crowd draw, then claim Velikovsky was wrong, and then substitute with his own hypotheses and without any input from people who have been studying this for decades ... as noted he is making many of the classic mistakes made by others before who attempted but failed to "side with Vleikovsky" ... there is a lot more here than meets the eye ... could this be promoted to do an end run on others ??? here is the real problem with people like Ackerman ... he muddies up the playing field for people who have legitimate time put in on this topic and makes a VERY EASY TARGET for professional astronomers to attack "those Velikovsky lunatic fringe" ... like nancy leider did to the planet X scenario if you get the drift ... remember that professional astronomers, paleontologists and every other field of study that ousted Velikovsky long ago are ALL grappling like crazy these days to adopt the catastrophe from outer space scenarios including announcing the finding of dozens if not hundreds of "rogue planets" near our solar system and the threats from outer space ... while other astronomers "protect the old guard" from the onslaughts that i am making on standard astronomy these days ... the last thing astronomers want now is a resurgence of Velikovsky with real science as they are attempting to take his ideas without giving credit ... this has been how it has always been so it is particularly distressing that just as great headway is being made there are new players in this field who have no clue of the real history or that they are really causing more damage than good to Velikovsky

... Ackerman is not doing Velikovsky any favors ... just before Velikovsky died he was a distraught man who knew he was far ahead of his time and his one comment was that his biggest problem was the throngs of "groupies" that horded around him and made the entire issue look like a three ring circus ... this dilemma still exists today as other internet sites with clowns claiming to have PhDs in Plasma Physics (who have no degrees of any kind) use Velikovsky's name as a draw to try to sell you their books and videos ... as noted ... Coast to Coast has a great show and they are presenting based on value to their audience based on many criteria and possibly it is good to see all sides of the issue including the people like Ackerman ... for better or worse ... jim mccanney

March 01, 2005 posting ... if you have not seen the posting below about the "Venus Effect" then read that first ... then review the following video ... if you have read the posting below then here is the final page to this event ... no question about it that Venus "went comet" ... and has been doing so for some time i suspect as the electrical condition of the solar system is so advanced ... in the following video you see the plasma discharge changing and then "fades" away as the over powering brightness of Venus comes into full view and the angle of the discharge becomes such that it cannot be seen ... will be talking about this on my show this week ... here is the link to the final video (about 1.5 MB file) ... enjoy ... comets are not dirty snow balls and all the planets are discharging the solar capacitor (including earth)

As the staff at SOHO sleeps in on a winter Saturday morning an amazing image of Venus came into view, appearing on the eastern limb of the C3 SOHO camera. In the 1990's when SOHO was young i began observing and posting this "Venus effect" explaining that Venus was discharging the solar capacitor and every now and then "goes comet", in other words it erupts and either develops a comet tail or as in this case develops a sunward spike (something that is not supposed to happen in the dirty snowball comet model). Here is the link and the picture (by the way this is NOT an edge or lens effect of the SOHO C3 camera as the planet Mercury just left the west limb of the camera and had no such edge effect ... showing that Venus is now in a "Plasma Discharge Comet" stage). (note ... that the SOHO computerized image processing introduces a line through planets to denote them as planets but this is not that effect .... this is a clear electrical discharge from the planet Venus in the sunward direction and is helical and there is more than one "filament") ... i am going to dig into my archive pictures to see if i can find the same effects with Venus i discovered in the 1990s ... jim mccanney

February 27, 2005 update ... the latest 2 C3 pics ... is NASA pulling a comet NEAT V1 gig again ???? the feed stopped for a while as noted above but when they resumed the pics of Venus are EXACTLY the same ... initial pixel analysis shows they are posting exactly the same image of the discharge as they did with other comets ... if the real pics were to show a flailing discharge i am sure that is the last thing they would want you to see ... look for yourself and time will tell if NASA SOHO boys are pulling the ole' "let's post the same image so the public does not get the full impact of what is going on here" routine ... see what you think as you look at Venus moving into view on the next two images ... jim mccanney

january 03, 2005 posting ... the sun remains extremely active and erratic ... however the real story is the following ... in addition to the extreme solar conditions i have now clear evidence of manipulation of weather by what appears to be a military satellite that is either geo stationed over the pacific ocean or is on an orbit that allows regular pulsing of the atmosphere or can be moved into non-geo semi-stationary orbits by a station keeping propulsion system ... the following information i personally gathered at an altitude of 37,000 feet from a location approximately 200 miles west of San Francisco over the Pacific Ocean ... a clear signature of a laser was observed and triangulated that was inducing the cyclonic storm approximately 200 miles off the west coast of Oregon and has since forced that storm center to move in a southerly direction and is now off the coast of northern California ... the purpose of this man made storm is to draw moisture off of what at first seemed a naturally occurring central Pacific tropical depression but i am now becoming more convinced that this second storm center also is being manipulated and maintained in location as it has been stationary over the exact same location in the Pacific ... NOAA computer predictions are totally incorrect and have been incorrect over that past weeks for not only this area but also for the affected areas which includes much of the south west USA ... the storms that were predicted to bring water to arizona for example were supposed to be drawing water from a jet stream coming down from alaska according to NOAA weather models (the water in fact is coming from the west and the south pacific) ... this is because the normal flow of the storm cells would have them moving in a totally different manner ... this all started to become obvious some time ago when the storm cells off of Oregon were forming and just setting there ... many times this same storm cell would form and dissipate in a matter of hours ... weather manipulation was clearly occurring... not following the normal seasonal progressions ... i made arrangements to place myself in a position where i could directly measure what i had since become convinced was weather manipulation of these pacific storm centers ... especially after the Florida Hurricane season ... when hurricane Jeanne did the loop de loop in the Atlantic and then headed for the same land fall location as hurricane Frances (i have been watching closely for signs of weather manipulation that i could measure and verify ... i was also confounded by the complete inability of NOAA computer models to predict the hurricane paths and weather in general ... those computer models are pretty bad to begin with but statistically for short range predictions they should have had a fairly good prediction record for the four major hurricanes of last fall and also for immediate weather of the pacific region ... all of this has been clear signs that the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing and is so typical of American Black Ops ... when i began noticing this weather "strangeness" i made arrangements to move into position to make direct measurements of what i now had become convinced were satellites sending laser beams to earth to ignite and move storms ... this was also confirmed when the strange Brazilian Hurricane of last March showed definite signs of manipulation ... on JANUARY 01, 2005 I MADE THE DIRECT MEASUREMENT AND CONFIRMED THROUGH MULTIPLE READINGS BY TRIANGULATION THE LASER SIGNATURE THAT WAS DRIVING THE STORM OF THE WEST COAST OF OREGON as i said from an altitude of 37,000 feet approximately 200 miles west of San Francisco ... as you will see from the attached video clip the central pacific storm is stationary and is fueling the moisture for the second small storm center that has now moved south to be just west of northern California ... this storm is drawing large amounts of moisture and is flooding the west coast area ... this is a clear cut case of weather manipulation to devastate a populated area in the USA ... i have always been suspicious of the extremely large mil satellites that were put in orbit over recent years "to listen to the cell phones of terrorists" ... you do not need these large satellites for that purpose ... but you do need a large satellite for a high energy laser !!!!! ... i am not giving out at this time any more details ... but i captured the pacific satellite loop for your inspection of the two storm systems ... note that pacific system has been setting in the same location for almost 2 weeks ... the storm system over the pacific and just west of Oregon has been forming and dissipating a number of times over the past weeks as they got their calibration down i suspect ... watch the Oregon storm move southward in the video clip and watch how it drags the moisture from the central pacific storm into california's west coast and also is affecting the weather as far south as mexico ... it seems our boys in blue are doing more than fighting terrorists ... the solar conditions as noted above are extremely severe and erratic and the mil boys are apparently getting their jolly's by making a bad situation worse ...

November 21, 2004 update ... just a brief note ... in the past two weeks, announcements regarding astronomical research and data (including the need for many planet X type objects to explain all the anomalous data) have confirmed one thing ... NASA knows that everything i have been saying for decades is correct ... word is they are initiating an all out blitz to steal my work ... with their little government paid liars running extensive personal attacks on me on the one hand ... NASA with the other hand is now introducing "new discoveries" that are stating EXACTLY what i have been stating all along ... word is that every NASA scientist is listening to my radio shows and reading my books ... note that these i understand are pirated copies of my books (what else would you expect from a bunch of liars ant thieves) ... one example is the latest data taken of paths of 100,000 of the nearest stars in the galaxy show they are moving in RADIAL directions from the galactic nucleus as stated in my 1979 Galaxy paper ... note that ALLLLL other theories for galactic development to date have assumed that the stars would be rotating around the galactic center in circular orbits ... my early galaxy paper stating that the stars form near the nucleus of the galaxy and move radially outward is reprinted in its entirety as an appendix of my Planet X, Comets and Earth Changes book ... NASA's response to this data ... they expect that soon all of the stars will change directions to the way they thought the stars should be moving and everything will be ok again ... these guys are really living in lolly pop land ... i call it "outdated astronomical text book land") ... additionally in the past year the fact that comets have NO ICE on their nuclei, that they are HOT and have experienced severe high energy pitting (and in one case ... comet Borrelly ... has black tar baked on and completely covering every inch of its surface) have been confirmed ... what is NASA's explanation for the "missing ice" .. they think maybe it is buried deep beneath the hot tarry black surface ... see what i mean ... lolly pop land ... NASA is sending a 200 million dollar satellite into space specifically designed to look for brown dwarfs that could come into the solar system "with the potential to destroy all life on earth" ... but wait ... it gets better ... NASA now "thinks" these objects will be shrouded in faint comet coma's SO THEY WILL BE INVISIBLE to even the best ground based equipment ... this is exactly AS I HAVE BEEN STATING ALL ALONG ... NASA and European Space Agency astronomers are now "adopting capture theories" where an errant brown dwarf comes into the our solar system and a small member of that star's solar system is captured into ours to become an "unexplainable new planet" (e.g. Sedna ... the new mars-like planet recently found located over 3 times the distance to the farthest previously known planet Pluto) ... geee doesn't that sound familiar ... the list goes on and on ... jim mccanney

November 8 posting .... the story of sun earth weather recently tells of massive solar flares pounding earth as well as satellites that may be damaged including military satellites ... note that the US military has placed all of its eggs in "high tech baskets" that could be rendered useless by natural causes ... leaving them on the ground with less ability than the lowliest fighting person in another country ... the US would then be at a disadvantage since they have become so dependent on technology ... how many times throughout history has the clearly dominant warring nation been sliced by an underdog because of such lack of foresight and overconfidence on their "sure thing" ... think about it ... all this occurring while our own lands have been left totally defenseless ... jim mccanney

also ... these past few weeks have seen a major barrage of activity attempting to limit and sidetrack my success ... there are 2 expressions that apply ... you get the most flack when you are over the target and ... secondly if i were not becoming so successful they would not spend such dedicated efforts to try to defeat my efforts ... there are thresholds of success after which the people who are paid to monitor these "issues" try to step in with misinformation campaigns, diversion and in my current case, direct assaults on the source ... their past maneuvers indicate that they use the following techniques to "quell" the person's success (past people who have had success were chuck schramek, john denver (who was about to become the first civilian astronaut in russia before he was murdered), sonny bono, paul welstone and a looong list of others) ... in most cases the disinformation crew manipulates a situation and then prepares misinformation campaigns to be there with a "replacement web page" and "official story" .. right now there are people attempting to associate me with some of the government planted "crazies" which i have NEVER had any association with (can you guess who some of these might be??) ... they have launched through their little paid gov disinformation outlets a series of direct attacks on me and my good name (only trouble is they sent a boy to do a man's job!! can you guess who i am talking about ... too bad all these clowns can do is quote from outdated astronomy textbooks!!) ... they have prepared a "replacement story" to try to broadcast lies and deceptions about me and have paid to have these sites come up on top of search engines when you search on my name ... they have created "similarly deceptive" web sites and are trying to subvert my good name and life long work by attempting to claim other people have done my work ... my paper trail is clear and verifiable ... and i continue to point out where real life professional astronomers are daily pulling in my work as their own piece by piece (the creeping crud) ... they are attempting to stop my book sales which are banned from all libraries and bookstores ... they are capturing my web page as it goes out over the internet and attempting to intimidate people who are learning what i have to say ... they are creating email campaigns with viruses and other trash using my web name and email address to send pornography ads and junk mail to people attempting to destroy any communication with me by the public and blocking any email coming in ... they are attempting to insert phony contacts to try to establish "research" with me ... the list goes on and on ... as i said ... you get the most flack when you are over the target ... jim mccanney

we have received word of a very strange situation ... there apparently was never a real treaty signed after the fall of Berlin after world war II and the American Occupation was to be replaced after 50 years according to international law ... apparently the date of "expiration" is to be this coming May 08, 2005 and the US troops are supposed to leave after handing over control to the "Reich" which according to this information was never dissolved as a country .. the information goes on to state that the USA is beefing up troops and does not intend to give up its "occupation" and that much of eastern europe that had been captured by Germany prior to the end of the war would be returned to within the German ownership ... not sure about any of this but there is a good deal of legal activity in the background regarding this and a lot of posturing ... obviously this would affect the stability of the entire world and the people in the background are expecting a "coup" by the "USA" (guess who all may be behind this effort??) ... jim mccanney

the european space agency announced it is building a space platform telescope that is designed to search for "brown dwarfs" that would come into the solar system with potential of destroying all life on earth .. the telescope is unique in that it will try to look through "shrouds" surrounding the "comet nuclei" (GEEE all of a sudden comets have brown dwarfs as nuclei!!!) ... the creeping crud marches onward ... jim mccanney

!!!! for a LONG LONNGGGGGG time we have been searching for a person ... the person funding the ole' Planet X disinformation crew ... collectively we knew this was some nameless high level well connected extremely rich person working in the background and maneuvering and slipping money to fund a VERY WIDE VARIETY OF PEOPLE that were prominent in this top priority government (secret society) world wide disinformation campaign ... a small part of that campaign was to defame me and keep me from getting my message to the public ... much of the time they were doing damage control as i became more successful and deflated their BS like the disinformation crew and NASA supported promotion of Nancy Lieder and other imposters that popped up over the past years ... what is more interesting is that i personally have been looking for the link relating such a private person ... that in addition to the CIA was involved in the Heavens Gate massacre (not suicide as the gov owned press has portrayed) ... i already have identified quite a few people ... and when they found out (along with other associates of mine) that we were hot on their trails associating them with the Heavens Gate killings, the old Hale Bopp NASA companion cover up, the Planet X misinformation campaign and other dealings in the background, these people quickly and quietly slipped out of public view ... jim mccanney

today there was a photo posted on the CNN page from nasa that made my eyes just about roll out of my head as i had not seen this close up of the genesis space craft that crashed into the Utah desert unleashing potentially lethal space viruses that could have been trapped in the space craft collection "nets" on the many times that Venus passed to the inner side of earth ... even more astounding is the statement that the payload was broken into over 3000 pieces and nasa scientists are imagining that this mess can be salvaged to produce meaningful and trusted data ... here is the pic from the CNN post (click on the following link)

Last night there was a "presidential" debate. As i stood in a public place and people watched i made the comment ... "did you people know these two are cousins?" ... everyone was shocked and amazed and could not believe it ... they started noticing the physical similarities of the faces of the candidates and many started to realize they were watching a dog and pony show staged by the news media to propagate the myth that we live in a free democratic society. The debaters talked of freedom and rights and the American People ... when will this country wake up that these two morons are the underlings of a larger group of families that control this planet ... they start wars and consider you and your children (from all countries) their cannon fodder ... jim mccanney

NOTICE ... As the public is now becoming aware from recent reports Vice President Dick Cheney has been linked directly to oversight of numerous "special air operations simulating terrorist attacks" on the North Eastern USA on 9/11 and was the only person with full knowledge of which planes were which in the 911 disaster AS IT WAS HAPPENING ... also it has now been all but confirmed that none of the planes that hit buildings were the original airliners claimed, but were ALL substituted aircraft ... there is growing suspicion that the fourth plane that was shot down over PA was not the original jet liner either ... SO WHERE ARE THE PASSENGERS of the real planes??? the list of questions is growing longer than the list of lies we have been "fed" !!! there are many that are calling for the immediate arrest of Dick Cheney and I AGREE !!!! It is also clear from the very bad acting of Pres Gee Dubya that he knew what was going on as he sat in a florida school room reading to school children as our country was brutally attacked ... by the way ... where was Gee Dubya while he was supposed to be at National Guard duty during the Viet Nam War??? possibly he was doing the work of "the family operations" ... later in the early 1980's he and Bill Clinton were running the Mena Arkansas CIA cocaine drug operation which was part of the larger Iran Contra operation ... by the way at that same time ole man bush was setting the wheels in place to install Sadam Hussein in Iraq and yes complete with weapons of mass destruction ... jim mccanney

thought of the day from August 30, 2004 ... we are in a very difficult time now as the political conventions prove that the majority of americans are looking for new REAL solutions to the issues of the day ... the phony "two party system with its phony "candidates" and phony democracy we live in are in desperate need of change ... but revolutions are not usually very successful ... the world is starting to rebel as is indicated by the arrests in Africa of people related to the secret societies who have been running that area for centuries ... stay tuned as i will be discussing this issue on upcoming radio shows ... jim mccanney

thought of the day from August 20, 2004 ... if i were to create and oversee a human experiment to see who was worthy of advancing to the next level ... i would create a beautiful world rich in resources and allow men (the experiment) to have all the knowledge of the universe in their hearts if they would just humbly ask for the key to unlock the secrets ... i would allow those with self worshipping egos to think they could create their own world and knowledge base, and would let them have free reign to destroy the beautiful world that already had everything they could possibly want or need ... i would allow the experiment to proceed without intervention ... i would allow the greedy self interest hate mongers to cheat and steal and grab as much power and wealth as possible at the expense of the destitute ... i would stand by while the greedy destroyed the very source of their existence to put profits in their pockets ... i would allow the self appointed experts to blow up their egos and spout their "knowledge" to the masses while suppressing truth and wisdom ... i would send a devil to tempt men to test their integrity and spirits in exchange for earthly reward of profit and fame ... i would allow those who rose to power to amass huge armies of followers to march at their every beckon call ... and i would stand by as men turned into mindless drones and performed their jobs for a pittance of money to infiltrate, seek out and torment the truthful men of this decaying planet ... i would allow small time con men to play their games of deception and theft ... and i would send prophets to subtly pass the original message and purpose to those who would listen ... and i would fill the world with unending diversions to keep even the most ardent follower from following the true path ... i would leave the majority of the world in desperate need to see if those with plenty would share even a table scrap with those with nothing ... i would allow the experiment to run its course in order to harvest those few that would withstand the tests even as the torment of the final days drew to unbearable treachery by those that opted for ultimate earthly control ... and then i would destroy this paradise turned mad by a devastating cosmic catastrophe to be reborn again for the next crop of true men to be developed and tested ... i would place in each man and woman's heart the knowledge that no matter how evil or defiant they had been in the past, that all they had to do was seek forgiveness and atone to change their ways to be forgiven ... but in the end, i would then create a level of hell for those who reaped the earthy wealth and prestige by theft and deception ... and place the unrelenting "gainers" in the bottomless pit to spend eternity in solitary viewing and experiencing the devastation they created on an endless screen complete with sound and graphic realism ... all those that suffered as part of this experiment would be atoned in the end for eternity ... as once stated ... many are called but few are chosen ... and when it all begins again ... the meek shall inherit the earth ... jim mccanney
