The Midnight Double Header is a simple proposition. Two concerts, back-to-back from the BBC's extensive music archive and introduced each week by a different 6 Music presenter.

This week on the Midnight Double Header we bring you two fantastic Reggae outfits.

First up we have one of Britain's most popular Reggae bands Aswad . This performance recorded at Manchester's Apollo Theatre in 1988. Features a selection of tracks for their album Distant Thunder , Set Them Free, and the hit Don't Turn Around, plus a other Aswad classics

The second half of the show we feature a great set from Bob Marley And The Wailers recorded at the Stanley Theatre, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1980 . This set , Bob Marley's last ever live performance , features among other classic tracks, No Woman No Cry, and Jammin'
