Well, the post has been up for a while now, and I would like to make a very special thanks to the following folks who reached into their pockets and made a donation:
Isaac, Dan, Zachary, Scott, Oliver, Michael, John Combined, the donations have made paying for the years hosting a lot more bearable, and will help to ensure that the site is live for another year!! We reached a million views around our birthday, and I think that this year we will get a lot more.
Hey guys,
I hate doing this post, and what it means, but I just got the bill for another years hosting for our site here, and I have to be honest and say that I really can't afford it. To be honest, the banner ads have not generated a single dollar for the site, nor do we have sponsorship from the developers in terms of cash. So far, the entire hosting fee has been funded out of my pocket - and I really can't afford it. From the time that I have made the Paypal donation link on the site, I have received one donation - for which I am grateful - and I thank you very much for that - but a years hosting is not exactly cheap... So, I am asking you guys for a few dollars. The site has over 2000 members now. If each of you donated a single dollar, we would be more than set. Please, please make a donation so we can stay here and be the site we are for longer!
