Gardener is seeking a third successive European 60m title

British sprinter Jason Gardener has revealed he will concentrate on racing in Britain ahead of the defence of his European 60m title in Madrid in March.
The world indoor champion has committed himself to every UK indoor event, beginning in Glasgow on 29 January.
"I am very much looking forward to running in front of a home crowd again," the Bath athlete enthused.
"At the moment I am focusing on working hard and staying healthy so that I can fulfil my potential next season."
Gardener is a virtual certainty for selection in the British team for the clash with Russia, Sweden and France in the New Year.

He will then compete in the two day Norwich Union European Trials and AAA
Championships beginning in Sheffield on 12 February.
The weekend after that he will be in Birmingham for the Grand Prix meeting there.
Now back in full training after having surgery on a broken wrist he ran with in the Olympics, he said: "I am still on a high from what I achieved in Athens and have taken so much from being part of a successful relay team.
He holds the European indoor record at 60m with a time of 6.46 seconds and added: "I am looking forward to putting in hard work and running my best this
season.
"I am very much looking forward to running in front of a home crowd again.
"I enjoyed running indoors in Glasgow and Birmingham last season and have performed well in Britain over the previous years."
