Planning, Facilities and Funding

The Lutheran Church Extension Fund (LCEF) serves new and existing congregations by providing loans to buy land and build or remodel facilities anywhere the Word of God is preached and taught.  Its experienced staff in Capital Funding Services help congregations raise funds for new construction, renovation, debt retirement, program expansion, new mission starts, and relocation.

LCEF also offers
demographic services for congregations to help them make informed ministry decisions. Its Strategic Ministry Planning helps congregations determine their future direction with regard to site, facilities, staffing, programs, and money.

And when the loan is approved and the studies are completed,
Laborers for Christ can help congregations with the actual construction.
