Third week at No 1 for Mad World
Updated 04 January 2004, 19.00
Michael Andrews and Gary Jules held on to number one
A massive publicity push by Victoria Beckham couldn't knock Michael Andrews and Gary Jules off the top spot, as Mad World is number one for a third week.

Posh couldn't even get number two, as Kelly and Ozzy Osbourne's Changes was in second place once more.

But she can have a little smile, as she managed to beat old rival Sophie Ellis-Bextor, when This Groove/Let Your Head Go went in at three.

Sophie's song, I Won't Change You, only managed to limp in at number nine

The latest graduate from the Fame Academy had his run at sucess this week.

Alistair Griffin's song Bring It On/A Lover's Prayer went in at five.
