California Legacy Project Scholars have specific expertise in California studies, including literature, history, and the social and natural sciences. They share their expertise with students and colleagues at Santa Clara University. Book Series

The California Legacy Book Series consists of out-of-print classics-literary, artistic, or historical-as well as anthologies, collections of photography and art, and single author "readers." The purpose of the series is to put an exciting and important body of literary works into circulation and support their publication with publicity and events, thereby stimulating interest in the state's literary, artistic, and scholarly heritage.
