Oversees the safety of the UALR campus in complying with all national, state, and local fire codes and OSHA requirements. Other safety related items campus-wide include the following: Chemical abatement, asbestos control and abatement, hazardous material disposal, and compliance with ADA. The safety department stands ready to provide "hands on" safety training for Physical Plant employees as well as the campus community (upon request).
