Philadelphia's midfielder Ailing named Player of Week

Philadelphia Charge midfielder Liu Ailing today was named Week 18 WUSA Player of the Week for games played Monday, August 6, through Sunday, August 12. The Chinese international tallied three goals and one assist while totaling seven shots as the Charge went 1-1-1 for the week. On August 6, Ailing recorded three goals and an assist in Monday's 5-1 home win over Carolina. She established a league record with seven points in a game and became just the third player to register a hat trick.
