In a unanimous verdict that sent Microsoft's share price soaring, the U.S. Court of Appeals has overturned the ruling that Microsoft should be broken up, and thrown out the charge that Microsoft attempted to monopolise the browser market.

Software development has changed a lot over the last few years. New technologies and an ever increasing pace of change means life is never dull. But is it exciting?
Absolutely. There has never been a better time to be a software developer
It's still fun - but there have been better times.
It's about the same. I see no reason to look for a job at Starbucks.
It's not as fun as it used to be.
